Dr. Satish Patel
Dr. Satish Patel earned his medical degree from Ahmedabad, India. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2009.
Before joining Richmond Nephrology Associates in 2011, Dr. Patel was in private practice with Southern Illinois Consultants for Kidney Disease. He specializes in the treatment of kidney diseases and hypertension.
Dr. Patel is an active member in professional societies such as the American Society of Nephrology and Renal Physicians Association.
He lives locally with his family and enjoys basketball, spending time with his family, traveling and watching football. He is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
He is the Medical Director at the DaVita Mechanicsville dialysis unit.
Dr. Patel sees patients at our Mechanicsville office.
